Many of the clients that I serve come to me when they are hoping for more. More joy out of life. More calm in parenting. More bravery and resilience in their children. More connection in their relationships. More peace. This is where I come in. I use a mix of therapeutic modalities with a healthy dose of humor and fun to come along side of you as we build, problem solve, and process. I welcome clients to bring and integrate their spirituality into sessions as well if so desired. I have been helping kids, adults, and families in our community and beyond for the past 14 years, and love it to my core.
